Meet our team

Alexandra R. Darion, LPC
Therapy is not an easy decision to embark on.
Most of us decide to start treatment because of a crisis or a major transition.
This is typical!
If this is the case, we will spend time getting to know each other and stabilizing your body responses and negative thoughts.
I have been working as an individual and family therapist since 2010. I work with adults, adolescence, couples and families struggling with a variety of challenges from depression and anxiety to anger management, to recovery.
My trauma treatment focuses on EMDR, eye movement desensitization and reprocessing. I incorporate a varied approach, but at the center of my work is you. You will be partner in treatment and we will find a way to help you find peace together.

I moved to Huntingdon Valley with my two sons in 2021 and began renovation on the office space immediately. It has been a dream to have an office with my home where all are welcome. Currently I volunteer for the Lower Moreland Township school board and I’m an active parent within the Pine Road elementary and through the school district. You may run into me taking my kids to the HVAA practices and games, at the YMCA taking my kids to activities and working out myself or walking Fava throughout the Albidale neighborhood. I enjoy biking, swimming, traveling, reading and cooking, though I’m not very good at the later. And my ultimate goal is to participate in an Ironman triathlon and build my practice to incorporate an Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP).
Fava, Therapy dog
Hello!
I am Fava. I love u.
I am a therapy dawg. I love my job and my mama and I will love u too.
A couple things u need to know about me. First, I am cautious with strangers and I do not like to be pet on the top of my head until I know u, but I do love to be pet on my flank. Please get on my level. I may be really big, but I do not like when people crowd over me.
Second, I have a bed. It is my safe place when my mommy and me are working. If I am on my bed, please do not come see me. I will get up if I want to see u.
Then is... I am not sure what number is next because I cannot count, but next is I love T-R-E-A-T-S. My mommy keeps them in the waiting area. U can take them if u want to bribe me for love. I will love u even if u don't though because u are special to me. Beware, I slobber a lot when I get treats. Then I shake my head and slobber flies everywhere. Do not worry though, my mommy has Jowl Towels.
I have a certificate that says I am a good girl, I have never been mean to people because they are nice. I am very sweet and will rest my head on your lap if u feel sad or scared because I can sense your heart. I have helped people through their fear of dawgies, too, but if u don't want to meet me, I am not mad. I still love u. Tell my mommy and she can put me in the rest of the house where my food and toys and couches are. I am very happy there too.
Last thing:
I love u

Jennifer Bare, LCSW
I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and have 18 years of clinical experience. It is not easy to take the step to reach out to participate in therapy! That is why it is so important to me that you feel safe, respected and understood. I believe that we all have the innate propensity to grow and flourish while living in a complex world that can be difficult to navigate. In my work, I welcome you to come as your authentic self. I value genuine relationship building, diversity, trust, gentle honesty, vulnerability, curiosity, warmth, empathy and importantly, a willingness to commit to therapeutic work and development.

Through therapy, I will collaborate with you utilizing a variety of interventions to develop new skills to better relate to yourself and others, cope and regulate emotions, communicate effectively, make important decisions, find constructive ways to perceive the past, and experience moments of joy in life. These skills and new ways of thinking, behaving and inhabiting your full self can be transferred to all aspects of life, I collaborate with people who experience anxiety, depression, life transitions, people pleasing, self-esteem, abuse, shame, feelings of unworthiness and being lovable, cycle breaking, relationship challenges, dysfunctional family of origin issues, emotional regulation, trauma and a desire to engage in self-exploration and reflection.
I also provide the preparation and integration for ketamine assisted therapy. When you leave a session with me you can expect to feel connected, understood, valued, seen and heard. I provide HIPPA compliant telehealth services.
Bellamy Linneman, LAPC (they/them)
Growing up as The Weird Kid in a small town, I know what it's like to feel constantly out of place and like my best was never good enough. I find that authenticity and self-compassion are the most important parts of the therapy process. My goal for our sessions is to help you discover what you already know about yourself--I truly believe that we all have the innate ability to heal and sometimes we just need a little help figuring out what that looks like. I value directness with a healthy dose of kindness, which means I will cheer you through your victories and also tell you how it is.

I am interested in working with individuals with ADHD, anxiety, and depression, or folks in the LGBTQ+ community. In my work with clients, I use acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT) in combination with parts work, cognitive behavioral therapy, and yoga (both movement and breathwork).
There is no one-size-fits-all approach to therapy! I tailor my approach to each client so you get exactly what you need.
I am especially passionate in my work with teens. Being a teen in 2025 brings unique stressors that previous generations didn't experience: climbing higher education costs, climate change, political turbulence... It's hard not to feel hopeless when so much of the future feels scary and out of our control. Let's work together to find what makes life worth living, and most importantly, help you shine as your authentic self.
All therapy I provide is liberation-focused: LGBTQIA+ and gender-affirming, and allied towards Poly/Kink/Non-Monogamous, Sex Worker and Alternative Lifestyle communities.
